Services offered
The Personnel Integrity Management Service includes the verification of qualifications as a minimum requirement for employment screening. A basic record clearance will include the following services:

Criminal Record Centre Inquiries

Credit Bureau Inquiries (ITC / Experian)

S-Ratings (If Applicable)

Other Fraud database Inquiries, including SAFPS

Validation of qualifications and other documents e.g. ID documents and Drivers Licenses.
The turnaround time for the Basic Record Clearance is 4 working days, excluding Fridays.
Clearance Statuses
Reasons for refusal of record clearances may include, but are not restricted to, the following:

Murder or attempted murder

Robbery, including armed robbery

Fraud (Including Fraudulent Qualifications)

Rape

Theft or shoplifting

Malicious damage to property

Assault with intent to do grievous harm
